Founded in 1998, HAS-EL Teknik Defense has served exclusively within the defense industry and has maintained this focus since its establishment. Built upon the machining expertise of our founding partners, the company today operates with an integrated production approach—from raw material to final product—within its 6,300 m² closed facility located in HAB Organized Industrial Zone, Kahramankazan.

Our capability portfolio includes machining, forging and press forming with hydraulic presses, CNC and tube bending, welding, painting, assembly–integration, brazing, deep drawing, and tooling design. These processes are supported by verification steps such as NDT (magnetic particle testing), dynamic balancing, and dimensional inspection with CMM. This allows us to reliably meet project requirements as well as tolerance and repeatability expectations.

Through the use of CANIAS ERP and IQVİZYON IoT infrastructures in production management, work orders, downtime/failure and production tracking, material/lot traceability, and reporting are executed within a unified ecosystem. This data-driven planning approach ensures short cycle times, predictable deliveries, and high operational continuity.

We have served as a qualified source for more than 2,500 components and products within the defense ecosystem. Since 2000, we have been a supplier to Roketsan and currently hold the status of strategic partner. Our collaborations with institutions such as TÜBİTAK-SAGE, FNSS, ASELSAN Sivas, and MKE reflect our commitment to localization efforts. The localization of the 122 mm rocket (TR-122) warhead production in 2012 stands as a concrete example of our capability to domestically produce critical subcomponents.
