As HAS-EL Teknik Makine Savunma İnş. Gıda Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Data Controller”), we place great importance on the security of your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

This disclosure statement has been prepared to inform you about the processing, storage, and transfer of personal data obtained through our website haselteknik.com.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to third parties, provided necessary security measures are taken, for the purposes outlined above:

  • Service providers: Hosting, email, security, infrastructure, and maintenance service suppliers,

  • Business partners and consultants: To the extent required for operational purposes,

  • Authorized public institutions and authorities: Where legally obligated,

  • International transfers:
    If cloud-based service infrastructures or storage solutions are located abroad, or if operations require collaboration with foreign entities, your data may be transferred abroad under KVKK Art. 9, with your explicit consent or to countries deemed to provide adequate protection.

Your data will never be sold, unlawfully transferred, or shared without authorization.

Retention and Deletion of Personal Data

Your personal data are stored:

  • For the durations specified in relevant legislation,

  • Or, where no specific duration is provided, for the period required to fulfill the processing purposes,

  • And as long as legal obligations continue.

When retention periods expire or the processing purpose no longer exists, your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with KVKK and the Regulation on Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data.

Your Rights as the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • To learn whether your data is processed,

  • To request information if it has been processed,

  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately,

  • To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • To request correction of incomplete or incorrect data,

  • To request deletion or destruction of data under KVKK Art. 7,

  • To request notification of corrections or deletions to third parties,

  • To object to results arising from automated processing which are detrimental to you,

  • To request compensation if you suffer damages due to unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests, along with identity-verifying documents:

Your applications will be processed free of charge within 30 days, depending on the nature of the request.

Under Article 14 of KVKK, if your request is rejected, the response is insufficient, or you do not receive a response within the prescribed period; you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurulu) within:

  • 30 days from the date you learn the response,

  • And in any case, within 60 days from the application date.

Exceptions

Under Article 28/2 of KVKK, except for the right to claim compensation, data subjects may not assert their other rights in the following cases:

  • If processing personal data is necessary to prevent or investigate a crime,

  • If data is made public by the data subject,

  • If personal data is processed by public institutions or professional organizations for inspection, regulation, or disciplinary purposes,

  • If processing is necessary to protect the economic and financial interests of the State (particularly budget, tax, and financial matters).

Other Provisions

In matters related to the processing and protection of personal data under this Disclosure Statement, relevant legislation provisions prevail.
