27001 INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
As top management, we hereby commit to ensuring the following in line with the purpose of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) policy:
To protect the information assets of HAS-EL TEKNİK SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. against all kinds of threats that may arise intentionally or unintentionally, from internal or external sources; to ensure appropriate accessibility of information in line with business processes; to meet all legal and regulatory requirements; and to carry out continuous improvement activities. Within the scope of TS EN ISO/IEC 27001:2013, we commit to establishing an Information Security Management System covering customs and foreign trade operations and related logistics, storage, accounting, finance, IT activities, and the security measures used to protect the information assets associated with these processes, within the departments of IT, Administrative Affairs, Procurement, and Human Resources.
We commit to ensuring the continuity of the three fundamental components of the Information Security Management System in all activities carried out:
Confidentiality:
Preventing unauthorized access to sensitive information.
Integrity:
Ensuring and demonstrating the accuracy and completeness of information.
Availability:
Ensuring that authorized individuals can access relevant information when needed.
We commit to protecting, storing, and processing all personal data handled and retained by HAS-EL TEKNİK SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. in accordance with the “Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy” prepared under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
We acknowledge that information security covers not only electronically stored data but also all data kept in written, printed, verbal, and similar formats, and we commit to ensuring their protection.
We will ensure that all employees receive Information Security Management training and maintain continuous awareness.
We will report all actual or suspected information security vulnerabilities to the ISMS Team and ensure that they are investigated by the team.
We will establish, maintain, and test business continuity plans.
We will conduct periodic assessments regarding information security, identify existing risks, review action plans, and ensure their follow-up.
We will prevent any disputes or conflicts of interest that may arise from contractual obligations.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY (OHS)
Our organization is committed to establishing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems in compliance with ISO 45001 standards and all relevant laws, regulations, and directives related to workplace safety. We aim to maintain and continuously improve these systems to ensure they remain up-to-date and effective.
In every project we undertake—within the scope of our authority and operational capacity—we act with professionalism and responsibility. We prioritize Occupational Safety and adopt a leadership approach both in office and production environments. While carrying out all related activities at the highest quality level, we consider the protection of employee health and safety without exception, as well as the continuous improvement of working conditions, among our primary objectives.
In this context, we commit to the following:
Within the scope of HAS-EL Teknik OHS Management System:
To establish and promote a strong occupational health and safety culture by ensuring employee participation and making OHS a way of life for all.
To fulfill all legal obligations, standards, and requirements related to occupational health and safety.
To provide a healthy and safe working environment at all times.
To develop, implement, and maintain appropriate emergency action procedures (earthquake, fire, flood, epidemic, civil defense, etc.) based on risk assessments; and to take necessary measures to minimize emergency-related risks and ensure business continuity.
To comply with all current OHS legislation and administrative regulations.
To provide regular training so that all employees are aware of their individual OHS responsibilities.
To ensure that personnel receive the necessary training and support related to their duties and responsibilities.
To continuously improve OHS processes, working systematically to minimize hazards and eliminate unsafe conditions.
To use appropriate equipment and technologies necessary to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Within the scope of the Has-El Teknik Environmental Management System, we commit to:
Complying with all applicable environmental and energy-related laws, regulations, and requirements,
Taking preventive measures against potential environmental accidents or incidents,
Carrying out environmentally responsible production and ensuring efficient use of resources,
Establishing the necessary environmental conditions for all processes, performing calibration and maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance of all products and services,
Conducting environmental review activities across all operations and products,
Ensuring continuous improvement in environmental performance,
Complying with all environmental legislation and administrative regulations,
Considering environmental factors in new products, projects, and operations to prevent pollution,
Providing a safe and secure working environment for all employees,
Acknowledging that environmental protection and environmental planning directly affect individual well-being and quality of life,
Recognizing that proactive environmental protection, occupational health, safety, and accident prevention measures provide economic benefits for both the company and its employees.
We base our environmental responsibilities on the laws issued by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization of the Republic of Türkiye, as well as the regulations and requirements applicable to our sector. Ensuring safe and healthy environmental conditions at every level of our organization—without discrimination—is one of the fundamental principles of our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies.
The health and safety of individuals is our top priority. Our company is fully aware of its responsibility to prevent or minimize environmental harm during exploration, production, and operational activities. Effective implementation of our health, safety, and environmental policies requires the dedication and awareness of all employees. We expect full cooperation and participation from our entire workforce in adhering to these policies.
We have established agreements with authorized organizations for the collection, tracking, and recycling of waste materials identified within the scope of our operations. All employees have been informed of these responsibilities, and continuous improvement and implementation of environmental measures are ensured.
We commit to reducing scrap and waste rates and to monitoring and ensuring the proper recovery of recyclable materials.
CLIMATE CHANGE POLICY
As HAS-EL TEKNİK, the purpose of our Environmental and Climate Change Policy is to contribute to environmental sustainability by preventing pollution, reducing environmental impacts in all processes in accordance with legal and other applicable requirements, and addressing climate change mitigation and adaptation—particularly within the aviation, space, and defense industries—through the principle of continuous improvement.
The Environmental and Climate Change Policy of HAS-EL TEKNİK supports the company’s strategic direction, aligns with its context and purpose, provides a framework for establishing environmental and climate-related objectives, and includes our commitment to meeting all applicable requirements and continuously improving our Environmental Management System.
HAS-EL TEKNİK addresses all environmental and climate-related matters under the leadership of top management and monitors performance and progress through working groups reporting to the Sustainability Committee.
HAS-EL TEKNİK incorporates sustainability and climate change mitigation and adaptation into all activities—from the design phase onward—adopting holistic, circular, and resource-efficient approaches.
HAS-EL TEKNİK is committed to complying with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard, and all national and international environmental and climate-related legal requirements, including customer requirements, social responsibility commitments, agreements with stakeholders, and international sanctions.
HAS-EL TEKNİK determines and complies with internal and external issues relevant to the organization’s purpose, strategic direction, and context.
HAS-EL TEKNİK conducts its activities by considering the relevant parties and their expectations in line with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
HAS-EL TEKNİK commits to operating the Environmental Management System to identify environmental aspects arising from all activities, products, and services; to reduce environmental impacts; to prevent pollution; and to ensure environmental protection. The company provides the necessary resources and infrastructure to implement, maintain, and improve the Environmental Management System.
HAS-EL TEKNİK enhances environmental and climate change awareness among employees, stakeholders and relevant parties, provides training, and encourages participation. By engaging all stakeholders, the company supports sustainable products and services throughout their life cycle. It collaborates with relevant national and international stakeholders to participate in R&D initiatives supporting environmental management and climate change adaptation.
HAS-EL TEKNİK promotes zero-waste practices, renewable energy, use of recyclable materials, circular economy models, efficient use of natural resources, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, and environmentally friendly materials and technologies supporting innovation and sustainability.
HAS-EL TEKNİK takes measures to prevent air, water, and soil pollution by prioritizing waste prevention within facility boundaries, supporting recycling and recovery practices, and giving priority to reusable and recyclable materials whenever possible.
HAS-EL TEKNİK considers environmental and climate-related impacts and risks at every stage of design, production, maintenance, repair, and related operations performed either at its facilities or by HAS-EL TEKNİK personnel on-site.
Process owners identify climate-related risks and opportunities associated with their processes and ensure that necessary actions are implemented. Through continuous improvement, environmental pollution and the waste of natural resources are minimized.
HAS-EL TEKNİK monitors national and international developments and platforms to assess climate-related risks and opportunities arising from operational processes. Significant environmental and climate change aspects, along with risk and opportunity analyses, form the basis of policy development, review, and the establishment of goals and targets.
HAS-EL TEKNİK transparently reports environmental performance data related to water efficiency, greenhouse gas emissions, and climate change.
HAS-EL TEKNİK identifies climate-related risks and the risks associated with transitioning to a low-carbon economy, and supports infrastructure and capacity-building activities to enhance organizational resilience.
HAS-EL TEKNİK determines annual environmental targets by considering legal and other applicable requirements, national and international developments on carbon and climate change, environmental and climate-related risks and opportunities, environmental aspect and impact assessment results, technological options, and financial and operational conditions. Additionally, the company creates a roadmap for climate change mitigation and greenhouse gas emission reduction and sets measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound carbon footprint reduction targets. Environmental and climate change management programs are established accordingly and reviewed periodically.
HAS-EL TEKNİK establishes a long-term strategic plan aligned with the net-zero emission target and periodically reviews its activities in collaboration with responsible departments.
HAS-EL TEKNİK Environment Management evaluates the effectiveness of the Environmental and Climate Change Policy periodically, considering legal and voluntary compliance obligations, national and international developments and regulations, environmental and climate-related risks and opportunities, environmental and climate targets, environmental incidents, impact assessment reports, customer/investor expectations, technological developments, and organizational changes; and revises the policy whenever necessary.
